Here is some pics and details on my ARES Go-Box or “Shack-in-a-box”

The case is a Gator Rack Case, a 4U model.  I added a couple of 19″ wide rack shelves to bolt everything up to.  Yaesu FT-8800R in it’s factory mobile mount on the upper left, Yaesu FT-857D in it’s factory mobile mount on the upper right.  MFJ external speakers mounted down low under each radio, and a LDG YT-100 Tuner mounted in the middle.  On top of that is where the signalink sits.  A few more mods are in the plans for this box, I’m going to add the antenna connections to the side of the box and also adding an internal switching power supply with a quick 12v battery hookup.  These will be added down the road.
